anyone who’s gone to college?
i’m buying a “gift pack” for my boyfriend as he leaves for college. what are some small things that might come in handy for him? i’m looking for the not-so-obvious things that you’d need for a dorm or day-to-day life in college. some ideas i’ve heard are a lanyard for keys/id, air freshener (in case your roommate smells), and some cards for something to do when bored. any ideas? thanks so much!!
One thing a lot of people don’t think of is a water bottle, like one of those aluminum ones. they’re nice, because if you have a ton of plastic water bottles in your room, they take up a ton of space you don’t really have. Most dorms would have a fountain he could fill it up at. Something like snacks, or giftcards for area restaurants near his dorm might be a good idea too. Something like a tie blanket would be nice too, because honestly, guys don’t think about taking a blanket. Kinda random ideas, but I hope they kind of help, or at least give you other ideas!
